I made a purchase. I have the order number. When I entered the order number it said that nothing was for delivery that my shopping cart was empty. I checked with my bank and I was charged for the purchase. There is no way to cancel the purchase, there is a page where it says that you can do so but it does not allows you and you contact them to do things it right. I am very disappointed.

If you have a claim you have to go through another company and pay additional charges. There is no email to contact them to straight things up

Scammed out of my money

This company stole my money through the shipping costs by refusing to refund shipping for items which THEY DID NOT SHIP because they claimed they were out of stock while they were in stock on the website. I paid $77 for shipping!

I will also provide screenshots.

April 18th, 2023: I placed my order for 3 boxes of chinchilla pellets, 3 packages of Timothy hay, and 1 straw tunnel. The shipping rate was $77 and I noticed the shipping rate depended on how many items I added to my cart. The more items the higher the shipping.

April 28th, 2023: The customer support emailed me saying that the straw tunnel was missing and I could either wait or ship the rest of the items. I opted to wait.

May 8th, 2023: They sent me an email saying they had a stock issue and will only send me 2 boxes of pellets, 2 packages of hay, along with the straw tunnel and they will refund me the missing items.

I asked if they will also refund the shipping for those. They said yes. I have email proof.

May 9th, 2023: Order has been shipped.

May 12th, 2023: I received a refund of $10 which I didn't notice at the time.

May 25th, 2023: My order has arrived.

May 30th, 2023: I checked my transactions and notice that only the price of the two missing items have been refunded by Miscota. I paid the full $77 for shipping even though two items were missing.

May 31st, 2023: I contact Miscota about this.

They are totally dismissive about the fact that they charged me shipping for two items that were not shipped! The business did not incur any expenses for the items that were not shipped, so where did my money that was supposed to be used to ship those products go?? In their pockets? They avoid the question and keep stating that they do not refund shipping once the order has been shipped, yet I am not asking for a full refund on shipping.

I am asking for a partial refund for the items that were not shipped! Where is my money? And I also have email proof that they would refund my shipping for those items!

So the moral of the story is that Miscota are sneaky and try to take your money in hidden ways. They do not deliver what is promised and use this to take your money.

Do not buy from this company. They refuse to give me back my hard-earned money.

I hope their business fails.

Also I just remembered this after seeing the other reviews. Only after ordering was I informed that the shipping would take almost a month!

They drive you crazy

I ordered some products on 2/11. 4/11 3pm they sent me an email to inform that one product wasn't i stock, so I cancelled my order and ask a total refund. 7/11 9am they sent my order and they don't want to refund me even if in their site they say that is possible to cancel before sending... i don't even know if the missing product is sent or not!!

Order never received terrible customer service no support tracking items and no refund option

Order never received, spent considerable time back and forth with customer service who advised I should take this up with Australia Post who confirmed the shipment never made it to Australia Post. Miscota support refused to help and provide any freight tracking support. Complete lack of support and no option for a refund. Very risky, would not recommend.

Ordered product from what I thought was in AUST. "Miscota with an aussie flag". Paid $36 by the time they had added on various charges. After ordering notified that item would be 3 weeks till delivery. Need it in a couple of days. Product is for stress in felines. They say you can cancel an order as long as it hasnt already been shipped. Cancelled 1 hour after ordering and guess what? Item already been shipped.which is a blatant lie. Then told I can reject the item upon delivery which I cannot and it would then be returned to them (wonder who is expected to pay postage.) Could have purchased from a company who is really in aust and paid $28 and receive the item in 2 days.
